We are seeking a Cluster Revenue Manager to lead the revenue strategy across a world-class resort in one of Europe’s most sought-after destinations.

Based in either Milan or Sardinia you will work closely with the Group Director of Revenue Strategy & Distribution to coordinate and implement revenue strategies across the Resort, with potential oversight of additional properties.

You will be the central figure in driving revenue through strategic pricing, market analysis, business mix optimisation, and distribution channel management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue strategies across the Resort properties.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing in real-time to maximise RevPAR and GOP.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive performance.
  • Develop and present monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Oversee third-party distribution and reservation systems.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity.
  • Lead weekly revenue meetings and performance reviews.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years in revenue management or analytical roles.
  • Experience with international hotel chains.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Expertise in RMS, PMS, CRS systems (e.g., ONQ, GRO, Vertical Booking).
  • Advanced Excel and presentation skills.
  • Must hold EU citizenship or valid Italian work visa.

Desirable:

  • Luxury and resort experience.
  • Familiarity with hotel brand systems and standards.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager to join a luxurious ski resort situated in the Italian Alps. The successful candidate will a strong leader who will inspire their team with the goal to improve the operational delivery and drive overall performance.

The property itself has 80 rooms and suites, a world-class spa, a private and in-house ski concierge. Candidate Requirements:

  • A highly experienced General Manager/Hotel Manager with experience of a seasonal resort business as General Manager in a ski resort

They now have an opening for a General Manager at one of their hotels in the beautiful city of Milan.

The hotel has recently gone through a major renovation that resulted in the rebranding and repositioning of the property into a high-end 4 star, lifestyle hotel. Offering 200+ beautifully appointed and refurbished rooms and suites, 5 small/medium meeting rooms, a fitness centre, a café, a restaurant and a brand new concept restaurant on the top floor. Overview:

One of the most exciting projects for a new General Manager will be to focus on the rebranding and repositioning of the hotel in the market. They are looking for a strong leader who can build a team for a new brand by developing and inspiring his/her team. The goal would be to deliver the annual budget, improve the operational delivery, drive the performance and the launch the property next year. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a company that is known for its successes throughout Europe.

Reporting to the report to the Regional Operations Director, the key objectives of the role will be:

One of their portfolios, based in Italy, is now seeking a Managing Director to manage a diverse portfolio of hotels with revenue approaching €100m and will join a company that is known for its successes throughout Europe. This is a senior leadership position and will be a hands-on operations role with the focus being on the implementation of the company’s strategy.

Key objectives of the role

  • Instilling a broad commercial focus across the complete portfolio of hotels ensuring effective sales and revenue strategies to deliver business growth
  • Excellent leadership capabilities to manage property-based GM’s and work closely with the corporate team
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of hotels ranging from 4-star hotels to luxury boutique properties
  • Create and ensure a quality service and product meets customer expectations

Key skills and qualifications

  • An experienced multi-unit Director or Senior Area General Manager (minimum 3 or 4 hotels complex in nature), preferably with international hotel brand
  • Resort operations experience is desirable
  • A strong understanding of commercial functions, sales & marketing, and revenue
  • Fluent English and Italian speaker

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a successful international organisation in Italy, as Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing. This role will focus on driving and overseeing all sales, marketing, PR, Social Media and Revenue activities for a portfolio of luxury hotels (less than 10) across Italy.

This role will require the individual to travel approximately 60% of their working time.

Only candidates matching the criteria below will be considered:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as commercial leader within a five-star hotel (ideally cluster or portfolio and/or resorts)
  • Strong knowledge of the MICE and luxury segments
  • Experience working for an international hotel chain would be strong advantage
  • Current or previous resort experience
  • Native or fluent in Italian
