On behalf of our client, we are looking for an ambitious deputy General Manager to join one of the fastest growing hospitality businesses in The UK.

As Deputy General Manager, you will effectively manage the hotel to an optimum level. Working closely with, the management team you will be committed to achieving and exceeding all targets financial and operational, with the emphasis on forward planning and delivering an exceptional customer experience. In this role you will proactively drive Operational, HR, Cost Control, Sustainability, and Health & Safety initiatives throughout the hotel to maximise profitability and ensure a safe and hospitable environment for customers and staff.

We are looking for someone that is currently a number two at their present hotel (minimum 6 months) and aspire to become a General Manager within two years.
Experience from an internationally branded hotel is a major benefit and the successful candidate will show a clear dedication to customer satisfaction and have an impeccable eye to detail.

We are seeking, on behalf of our client, a talented, knowledgeable Director to be responsible for the commercial division for this well-known hospitality company situated in central London.

The hotel is owned and operated by one of Europe’s leading hotel asset management companies with an impressive portfolio of iconic hotels across Europe. This hotel is one of London’s largest hotels and is ideally situated close to key attractions and landmarks.

As the Commercial Director, you will leverage central commercial functions by setting and leading the execution to increase sales, marketing, revenue and reservations to drive new and expand existing revenue opportunities.

This opportunity would suit someone who has an exceptionally strong commercial focus with in-depth experience in sales, marketing and revenue management. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of both Rooms and F&B aspects of the hotel business.
