This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, exceptionally busy hotel in Manchester as their Operations Manager, reporting directly to the General Manager.
The role is definitely fast paced and the General Manager is looking for a high energy, hands-on, entrepreneurial number two who can think on their feet and also has a sense of humour! This role is not for the precious as it really is an “all hands on deck” and team effort operation. The hotel delivers fabulous results and its has the team to thank for it!
The position is open for first time operations managers and those with experience, personality, desire to contribute and deliver results are the most important qualities required.
The company is one of the youngest hotel operators in the UK and promotes from within. With several new hotels in the pipeline, the path to GM is very real!
