We have a fantastic opportunity for an operationally focussed Food and Beverage Manager to join a busy internationally branded hotel in Czech Republic.
You will be a motivated team player with great interpersonal skills.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Food and Beverage manager role with internationally branded hotel
• A hands on manager that leads from the front and demonstrates their ability
• Reliable, motivated, professional and passionate
• Excellent Food and Beverage Knowledge
• The ability to lead and motivate a cohesive team, delivering an annual training plan
• Multi Outlet experienced
• Ensures that the team meet all standards for performance, appearance and service provision, determines assignments and division of responsibilities.
