We are seeking a Senior Cluster Revenue Manager who will play a pivotal role in driving revenue performance across three of our client’s flagship hotels in Amsterdam. You’ll monitor business thresholds, analyze trends and events in the city, and provide strategic input to optimize occupancy, rate, and profitability. It’s a challenging, high-impact position that comes with a lot of fun and collaboration in our energetic commercial team! You’ll also take the lead in coaching and mentoring junior revenue managers, helping shape the next generation of revenue leaders.

Candidate Requirements

  • Hotel Management school or additional education in revenue fields is a prerequisite
  • 3+ years’ experience in Hotel Revenue Management
  • Proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in English/ Dutch
  • Good communications skills in both verbal and written
  • You have a natural drive and energy and show initiative by working independently
  • Knowledge of the hotel industry and the competitive market
  • Strong ability to analyse data, prioritize and tasks
  • Strong affinity with Meetings and Events
  • You have an affinity and are preferably familiar with the various commercial systems (PMS, RMS, Channel manager & Data tools)
  • Excellent computer skills
  • A big team player, motivator and driver
  • Dutch language and branded experience are highly desirable, not essential
  • Experience within the Dutch market is a big plus

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Diploma in Hotel or Business Administration (recognized Hotel School)
  • Proven General Management experience in an internationally branded hotel
  • Fluent spoken and written English

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration or related field
  • Experience managing a branded property
  • Conversational Dutch
  • Experience working both in the Netherlands and abroad
  • Familiarity with MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) business

  • Strong business acumen with analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing decision- making
  • Expertise in CRM tools, SEO/SEM, (social media) marketing, and digital analytics
  • Excellent knowledge of digital analytics with the ability to read, report and flag performance issues against KPIs
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, branding, and content quality
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
