Working closely with unit management, the successful candidate will work to optimise revenue, reduce cost and therefore increase profitability and subsequently asset value of the portfolio.

The position will oversee all operating results, asset performance from each property, review and approve budgets and track them against actual results.

Furthermore the position will work closely with the appropriate teams identifying areas of improvement with the hotels in particular capital expenditure and approve return on investment.

With a portfolio of over 1000 hotels in operation and under development, a global footprint covering 81 countries and a powerful set of global brands, our client is seeking an individual to fill a role which has been created to manage a small team of area engineers whilst supporting project delivery and planning for the hotel estate situated across the Nordics (primarily, Norway, Sweden and Denmark).

This highly qualified individual will be driven, academic, possessing a Project Management, Construction and Engineering background and will take ownership for all property related activities in the region.
