Instructed by a global investment firm we were mandated to search for newly created Design Director’s role to primarily support a large repositioning exercise for its extensive hotel portfolio.

The company was seeking a high profile designer with a track record of success developing innovative design in hotels.

This role suited a commercially astute individual with a sense of budget who will be able to use funds to deliver value and return on investment.

The successful candidate has previously held a senior design role working for a respected design practice and has a track record of success delivering high profile hotel projects.

Retained by our client , we sought an individual for the position of Regional Design Director, Brand Development-AMEA

The role had recently been created by our client to ensure that brand standards were tailored to reflect both regional and country differences.  The regional role sat within the Design & Engineering function and would manage the detailed implementation plan for the region.

Working with the regional teams, the successful candidate needed to understand where the product was failing locally, carry out impact assessments to disseminate what are the attributes within a brand that are fundamental and where there was scope for flexibility.

The vision was to ensure that once the project was completed the business would have in place over arching standards that were concise, clear and measurable standards across the region.

A global hotel group needed to search the market to recruit and identify a Design Director to become part of team with huge growth objectives in Russia & CIS. The role was needed in order support the design and construction of both franchised and managed hotels.

The individual needed to be highly technical and had a track record in managing hotel design and construction projects in the Russia area. The individual needed to take ownership for all design and engineering matters.
