We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager with a background in international hotel brands to oversee the operations of a prestigious resort based in Southern Sardinia. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a commercially astute hospitality professional who balances financial discipline with a deep commitment to service excellence.
You will be entrusted with full operational responsibility, working closely with ownership and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving commercial targets.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven General Manager experience within a high-end resort or hotel, ideally with both franchise and independent brand exposure
- Exceptional financial acumen with a strong grasp of P&L, budgeting, forecasting and performance metrics
- A deep understanding of commercial functions including revenue management, sales & marketing strategy
- Inspirational team leadership — capable of engaging, motivating and developing high-performing teams
- Native or fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)
- In-depth knowledge of multiple geographic hotel markets and seasonal dynamics
- A natural communicator with strong presentation skills and a collaborative mindset

Candidate Requirements:
- Background with a recognised international hotel brand
- Prior working experience in Sardinia or similar Mediterranean resort markets
- Hospitality or business degree qualification
- An entrepreneurial, proactive and decisive management style
