Head of New Business Development – London

Our client is a pioneering hospitality brand with a vision to create unique sanctuaries across Europe’s most exciting cities. They don’t just sell rooms — they deliver soulful spaces for the free-thinking urbanite.

They are now on the lookout for a Head of New Business Development to drive their B2B sales growth and lead their dynamic sales team through an exciting phase of expansion across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

You’ll drive new revenue opportunities across new customers and market segments — with a sharp focus on either the Airline or Managed Leisure sector — and lead a high-performing team of two Business Development Managers.

You’ll own and build your pipeline from the ground up, leveraging tools like LinkedIn, Amadeus, and our client’s B2B data platforms — and you’ll convert leads through calls, visits, and compelling proposals. If you thrive on chasing big wins, love a fresh challenge, and enjoy turning cold leads into lasting partnerships, we want to hear from you.

  • Represent the Company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to showcase their portfolio.

Candidate Requirements
