We are seeking to hire a Key Account Manager – TMC to help shape the future of our client’s transient (TMC) sales strategy in order to grow their market presence across the UK, Ireland, and Europe.

Based in London You will also have the flexibility to travel to other sites across the UK and Europe as and when required by the business. You will be able to work flexibly 4 days in office / meeting with clients and 2 days from home.
Position Description
As a member of the Agency Sales Team, you’ll:
- Manage a portfolio of key TMC and agency clients, ensuring strong relationships and consistent revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, distribution, revenue, operations) to deliver best-in-class client experiences.
- Drive execution of client plans: presentations, review meetings, FAM trips, and industry events.
- Own and execute RFPs, rate agreements, and deliver insightful client reporting.
- Lead training and product updates for agency partners.
- Seek out new business within the TMC/agency space using CRM tools, campaign planning, and data analysis.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, sales missions, and client networking events.
Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years’ account management experience (ideally in hospitality or corporate accommodation).
- Business travel management background preferred.
- Proven experience managing large agency accounts across UK and continental Europe.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to hit and exceed revenue targets.
- Excellent communicator with strong planning, organisation, and reporting skills.
- Tenacity, emotional intelligence, and a proactive, client-first approach.
