We are looking for a bright and innovative individual with an inbuilt luxury attitude who will be responsible for the complete operations of this 5 star property. The Director of Operations must be energetic, engaging and credible with a hunger to succeed.

Our client is an international hotel operator who are looking to identify their next Director of Operations for their 5 star property in the North West in The United Kingdom. The hotel has recently had a full refurbishment and part of Leading Hotels of The World.

The candidate must …
… be a highly experienced hotel operator where an eye for detail is crucial
… be a strong facilitator and driver of engagement and operational excellence within the hotel teams
… have proven leadership skills involving the ability to manage, develop and motivate heads of departments to achieve their objectives and challenge the status quo
… be entrepreneurial, proactive, independent and decisive
… have excellent communication skills and fluent in English
