We are seeking an experienced, highly commercial Director of Operations to lead the continued success of our clients’ German portfolio. Based in Dusseldorf, this is a senior leadership role and offers a fantastic opportunity to join a company that is known for its success in Europe.

Candidate Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field
• Experience in international Hotel chain hotels
• Strong commercial acumen,
• Passion for interacting with guests
• Familiarity with 4 or 5-star standards
• Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals, and forecasting results
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high performance and exceed targets
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent German and English. Proficiency in multiple languages is considered a plus
