General Manager – Colombia

We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic, and visionary General Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations of a new and innovative boutique hotel located in the vibrant city of Medellin, Colombia. Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Manage all hotel functions with a focus on exceptional service, smooth operations, and team synergy
• Strategic Development: Help establish the hotel operator company from scratch – set up systems, processes, and a scalable model for future growth
• Sales & Marketing: Drive occupancy and revenue with creative marketing strategies and direct sales initiatives. Build and protect the brand
• Team Management: Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to deliver excellence every day
• Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability
• Guest Experience: Make every guest feel like a VIP. Prioritize personalized service and uphold high standards at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in a senior hotel leadership role
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• Proven success in team building and guest satisfaction
• Entrepreneurial mindset – you’re not just a manager, you’re a builder
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Passionate about hospitality, innovation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
