Senior Revenue Director – London
We are looking for a Senior Director of Revenue to join our client, who is one of the UK’s leading hotel investors and developers.
Based in London the position of Senior Revenue Director will be responsible for the overall direction of total revenue management within the organisation’s properties. This individual will lead the corporate and unit level revenue teams to increase occupancy and sales volumes for the entire group and build a consistent pipeline of revenue.
The successful candidate will bring with them experience of the revenue function in the hotel or hospitality sector. They will have led, hired, and developed high performing teams and have a proven history in generating revenue, distribution channels, building a robust pipeline and taking a creative approach to identifying alternative revenue streams. They will also have a prominent level of brand awareness, specifically in the UK and be able to be the guardian of the company brands.
Key requirements:
- 5-7 years of prior lifestyle/4 * hotel management experience in a revenue
leadership role for a similar hotel setting - Computer literacy and financial management required
- History of excellent performance with quantifiable, measured results
- Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation with a proven track
record of living the company’s core values - Progressive experience in hospitality that includes sales and revenue
- Results oriented with an emphasis on both individual and team accountability
- Proven ability to resolve guest, supervisor, and associate conflicts with ease and
efficiency - Read, write, and speak English fluently
- Willing to travel extensively and embed in properties to analyse performance
- Multi property oversight preferred
