  • Experience within the luxury hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
  • A degree or relevant diploma from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • A proven track record in driving the sales process from planning through to closure.
  • Strong experience in working with and delivering results in European and Middle Eastern markets.
  • A demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative in sales strategies.
  • A developing network of contacts within the luxury sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are essential.
  • Proficiency in a second language (French, Spanish, or Italian) is desirable.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will enjoy an attractive benefits package, including:

  • Pension scheme
  • Private medical and dental insurance
  • Complimentary and discounted stays at the company’s luxurious properties
  • Welfare initiatives, including enhanced maternity/paternity pay

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a world-class company where your contributions will be valued, and your career will thrive. If you have the passion, expertise, and ambition to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
