As the industry leader in serviced apartments, our client offers the largest global selection of accommodations throughout their family of brands.

The company is now seeking to hire a Corporate Development Manager, based in London.

The position will be a key member of the Investment and Asset Management team and will be responsible for securing, together with the Director, Corporate Development pipeline for the EMEA region. The role will include, but not be limited to: sourcing and screening potential projects; conducting the analysis of projects’ potential; coordinating and managing internal and external resources; structuring business deals; negotiating contracts; attaining internal approval; and assisting in the on-going oversight of projects through to opening


  • Proven business development experience and network within the EMEA hospitality/corporate housing market
  • Competent in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong results/goal orientation
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment and deal with ambiguity
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrated skill in organising resources and establishing priorities
  • Systematic and methodical in thought process and work approach
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop financial models and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must
  • Travel is required up to 50%


  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, finance, or real estate and/or equivalent areas
  • 3+ years in business development or hospitality consulting
  • Preferred experience in hospitality and corporate housing/serviced apartment industry
