We are currently looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing for an internationally branded hotel in Bavarian region.

We have been asked to find a commercially driven individual who will lead the sales function at the hotel and position the property within a highly competitive market. It would be a great opportunity for a strategic sales leader who wants to join a successful organisation and one of the best hotels in the region

Position requirements

• Experience in a similar management position with responsibility for leadership and budget with internationally branded hotel groups
• Right to work in Germany and fluent in German and English
• Professional experience cooperative and motivating managerial style
• Analytical thinking, accuracy and organizational skills
• Strategic and economic thinking and acting
• Proactivity and high individual initiative
• Strong communication skills
