We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive Sales Manager to join a Conference hotel based in Berkshire which is an ideal venue for a variety of conferences, meetings, training workshops and team away days.

We are looking for a strong individual that has sales experience within the UK conference and event industry with a proven track record of meeting targets.

You will join a successful organisation that has an established position in the market as a hotel operator and is well-respected in the hotel and catering industry.

The right individual will:

• Need to have current or previous experience in proactive sales
• Be able to show initiative and be a confident decision maker
• Be experienced in setting KPIs, producing sales plans and targets, and developing business strategies to achieve growth expectations
• Need to have a clean driving licence
• Be familiar with the Home Counties region
