An opportunity has arisen for a General Manager who can demonstrate effective leadership skills, a passion for employee engagement, financial acumen second to none, a desire for exceptional customer service, and possess natural sales ability.
Based in Glasgow, the successful candidate will be fully responsible for for all aspects of running a commercially successful business. The achievement of budgeted revenue and profit, delivered through brand standards integrity, legal compliance, outstanding customer service and at all times operating a safe, clean and well maintained hotel. Ensure, protect and enhance the hotel’s highly regarded reputation in the local community, motivated team members and maximise the shareholder’s investment.
