We are looking for a highly ambitious German speaking General Manager who thrives on challenge and change. The GM will be responsible for a single property with extensive leisure facilities.

The General Manager …
… has a proven track record in leadership, managing, developing and motivating a team to achieve objectives
… has previous experience within a luxury environment
…will have proven achievements within a competitive market.
… will be analytically minded and utilizes key business metrics and industry trends to make decisions
… is fluent in all forms of communication in English and German
… has the right to work and reside in Europe as the company will be unable to assist in visa arrangements
The General Manager will be highly commercial as the key focus will be to drive Operational Excellence and Sales efforts of the resort.
