A super opportunity for sales superstar to join a 4 star, internationally branded MICE property in Barcelona.

The Director of Sales & Marketing will be a fluent Spanish speaker with experience in the corporate and MICE arena and will be commercially driven, focussing on managing the selling strategy of the hotel in order to maximize revenues and outperform  in the current market place.

Your role will also involve leading the team in Catering, Events, and Public Relations, whilst planning and executing marketing schedules and strategies within all aspects of sales.

You will be working towards the financial success of the hotel by achieving budget and maximizing revenues, whilst maintaining budget costs and actively conserving both costs and the environment.

This position will report directly to the General Manager and you will be part of the hotel Executive Team, which entails being fully involved in leading the hotel’s business strategies and related sales performance.
