We are looking for a commercially driven and strategic revenue manager who will lead the revenue function of the hotel, positioning it towards the top of a highly competitive market.
You will assist in creating an annual budget and prepare weekly and monthly room forecasts. From this you will be able to identify opportunities and areas that require action.
You will analyse performance and booking patterns and recommend strategies to the Executive team and the hotel’s leadership team, to capitalise on opportunities in the market.
You will manage the hotel’s revenue and reservations systems, ensuring that the data is kept accurate and up to date.
You will manage the relationship with OTAs and drive volume through these segments when required.
The ideal candidate will also have revenue experience in a 5 star hotel where there are multiple competitors, ideally within an internationally branded hotel.
